  • 4 dried guajillo chilies (stems and seeds removed)
  • 2 dried ancho chilies (stems and seeds removed)

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 2 bay leaves

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chili Sauce:
    • In a saucepan, bring water to a boil, then remove from heat. Add the dried guajillo and ancho chilies and let them soak for about 15-20 minutes, until softened.
    • In a TRU Party blender, add the soaked chilies, chipotle pepper, garlic, onion, cumin, oregano, and 1 cup of beef broth. Blend until smooth.
  2. Slow Cook the Beef:
