Shipping Policy for SelectBrands.com

At Select Brands, we strive to provide a seamless and convenient shopping experience for our customers. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure your orders are delivered efficiently and transparently.

Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $65 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $65, a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.95 will apply.

Expedited shipping options are available through UPS, and rates are calculated based on UPS pricing at checkout.

For customers located in non-contiguous U.S. states and territories (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories), a flat shipping fee of $100 will apply per order.

Please note: We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time:
    • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
    • Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details for your shipment.
  • Order Changes or Cancellations:
    • If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support team at 866-663-4500 or support@selectbrands.com as soon as possible.
    • We will do our best to accommodate changes, but orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified.

    • Standard shipping is 3–7 business days, depending on your location within the contiguous United States.
    • Expedited shipping times will vary and are calculated during checkout based on UPS options.
  • Shipping Locations:
    • We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
    • Orders shipping to non-contiguous states and territories will incur a flat $100 shipping fee.
    • We do not ship to PO Boxes.
    • We do not currently offer international shipping.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed or has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:

  1. Check the tracking information provided in your confirmation email for updates.
  2. Contact our Customer Support team at 866-663-4500 or support@selectbrands.com for assistance.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Retain all original packaging and take photographs of the damage.
  2. Contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery to report the issue.
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
