Return Policy

We believe returning a product should be a simple process. You may return products purchased from this website within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement.

Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item) we'll cover the cost of the return shipping.

Returned items must be unopened, unused and returned in the original packaging. If not received in this condition, a rework and restocking fee will apply.

For defective merchandise, please reference the specific product warranty found in the instruction manual.

Any Select Brands products purchased from a retailer, either in store or online, must be returned to that retailer in accordance with their return policy. Products purchased from a third party reseller are not warranted or supported by Select Brands and you must contact that third party reseller directly.
