Official Rules for the Babycakes "Bake Your Mark" Competition
Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the contiguous United States, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Select Brands Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Entry Period:
The contest begins on January 1, 2025, and was originally scheduled to end on January 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. However, as of February 1, 2025, the competition has been officially extended. The new submission deadline is February 7, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.
Winner Selection & Notification:
Winners will be chosen based on creativity, presentation, and use of Babycakes appliances.
Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram or TikTok and via the email address provided in their entry form by February 14, 2025.
If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
General Terms:
By entering, participants agree to allow Select Brands Inc. to use their submitted content (photos/videos) for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes across Babycakes’ digital and social platforms.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Select Brands Inc. reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the contest if it cannot be completed as planned due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances.
Extension Update – Timestamped February 1, 2025:
To allow for additional participation, the submission deadline has been extended to February 7, 2025.
The winners will now be announced on February 14, 2025.
