Official Rules for the Babycakes "Bake Your Mark" Competition
Eligibility:
- Open to legal residents of the contiguous United States, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Employees of Select Brands Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter:
- Use any Babycakes appliance to create a baked treat.
- Post your entry on Instagram or TikTok with the hashtags #BakeYourMark and #BabycakesBakingContest and tag @SelectBrands in your post.
- Complete the online entry form at Babycakes Bake Your Mark Entry Page, including uploading a screenshot of your social post.
- Multiple entries are allowed as long as each submission is unique.
Entry Period:
- Contest begins on January 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on January 31, 2025.
- Entries submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
Winner Selection & Notification:
- Winners will be chosen based on creativity, presentation, and use of Babycakes appliances.
- Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram or TikTok and via the email address provided in their entry form by February 7, 2025.
- If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
General Terms:
- By entering, participants agree to allow Select Brands Inc. to use their submitted content (photos/videos) for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes across Babycakes’ digital and social platforms.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
